A: HydrateFactory is a B2B wholesale as well as promotional supplier. At present, we don't sell separate cups and bottles to the consumers directly. We can only sell directly to the customers only if they are keen to buy in case measures.
Q: What is The Production Time and When Will I Get my Order?
A: We try our level best to process orders as fast as conceivable. Usually in our factory production time is around 2-3 weeks, however you will need to consider customs clearance, ocean freight, as well as domestic truck delivery to your final endpoint.
Q: How do You Pack Product for Shipment?
